I love this spring green and royal blue color combination, but I really wish I had some pink shoes to make this outfit stand out. Underneath it all, I started with this cute vintage blouse I picked up from Goodwill for only $3.75 (add'l 10% with my Goodwill Rewards Card). The buttons down the back are so fabulous. 

 I tried out a few pink items I had in my closet, but finally decided against an additional pop of color until I found some color blocked or all pink sandals.
